What is Transformation Mediation?
Transformation Mediation is an innovative training for couples seeking to improve their marriage. It is designed for couples at any stage of marriage, whether happy and growing, or in need of restoration.
Through Transformation Mediation, you can experience immediate transformation by combining biblically based resources and mediation techniques for long term marriage health.
What is the Mediation process?
We teach you simple, yet highly effective techniques that help you define the issue, effectively communicate your desired outcome, and select specific steps to peacefully resolve the issues driving the conflict.
How is Mediation different from Counseling?
Transformation Mediation doesn’t treat, or dig deeply into past hurts and trauma, but focuses on teaching to transform. Transformation Mediation is not intended to replace therapy or counseling but can be a highly effective alternative for many couples. Transformation Mediation is for all couples, healthy or struggling, who want to heal and grow their relationship.

9:00 am to 11:00 am
There are three cruising days when the ship will be at sea. On those days, we will conduct bonus training from 9:00 am to 11:00 am. Then, you have the rest of the day for fun, relaxation, and connecting with other couples. You will be joined by couples from all across the country who previously completed their Restoration Mediation and have returned to fine-tune their marriage skills.

Hope! This is the most common word we hear from couples after their first encounter with Randy and Debbie Stroman. Hope their marriage can improve. Hope the pain can be replaced with peace of mind. Hope that even their marriage can be saved. Hope that they can learn to forgive and trust again.
We find great fulfillment in helping couples uncover and overcome the obstacles standing in the way of their relationship dreams and goals, empowering them to break through barriers and achieve lasting results. Our passion for leadership and relationship excellence has been fueled by our mentors, Dr. John C. Maxwell and Dr. Jimmy Evans. Their investment in us has been multiplied through our ministry to hundreds of couples, professionals, entrepreneurs, pastors, and individuals worldwide. Our unique blend of leadership experience and a passion for doing marriage God’s way allows us to guide couples toward marriage transformation.
In a society where busy schedules and family-centric events can strain even the strongest bonds, we understand the unique dynamics that, without the proper tools, often drive couples apart rather than bring them together. The Stromans guide couples through one-, two-, and three-day journeys of healing and restoration. Specializing in serving high-performing couples who face the challenges of a marriage in crisis, Randy and Debbie are committed to providing a safe space for couples to experience transformation for their marriage. We want couples to be as successful at home as they are at the office.
Since day one of their relationship, Randy and Debbie have focused on building their own marriage. Both coming from unwanted divorces, they are committed to continually learning the simple, yet effective principles that create a healthy marriage and living those principles daily. Their passion is sharing what they learn with other couples, helping them experience the same joy and peace in their marriage.
Having studied marriage and family relationships for over twenty years, Randy and Debbie Stroman left successful corporate careers to pursue a mission of building faith-based leaders and healthy marriages through coaching. Since that time, they have coached thousands of clients in all fifty states and 22 different countries. As Coaches and Mediators, their mission is to help couples learn to do marriage God’s way.
Randy and Debbie have four grown children and two grandchildren and reside in Dallas, TX.
